Star Lab Elite Gym is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! Coaches Jay, Luna and Teo are so dedicated and truly care about you and your results. As a busy, working mom, being able to get my workout in through Impulse and strength training, while my 10 year old son is training with his soccer teammates, at the same gym, has been the best experience! I love this gym, especially the functional training area with Luna and Coach Jay. I also come several times a week for Impulse with Mateo. It’s a very complete gym — they’re super dedicated, and the attention is 100% personalized. They offer several time slots you can choose from through the app. Everyone is super friendly, the environment feels safe, and there’s even a kids’ gym and activities for children who play sports.
