Llevo mas de 4 años asisitiendo a start lab elite gym mi entrenador Teo , quien es super excellent en sus clases , además impuls me ha ayudado mucho, he tonificado mis brazos y Piernas además que me ayuda a eliminar la cellulitis y con el dolor de la espalda baja. El mejor Gym que mi hijo ha encontrado. No solo le han trabajado la coordinación y la fuerza con los coaches. Sino que el coach Fernando lo ha incentivado a correr. Hoy en día esta corriendo 5k, yendo al gym, jugando al soccer y se siente fisicamente mejor que nunca.
